Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3378 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3378 looks a lot harder than it is with all the locked licorice and only 20 moves to clear it. But the fish from the fishing floats are your secret weapon! The fish will unlock the licorice, clear it and clear the jelly, all you have to do is create combos to hit the floats with and get as many fish as you can while at the same time you will be clearing jelly too.
Stripe/wrap combos are probably the best combos for getting lots of fish, the more floats you can hit with this combo the more fish you will get, remember you get three fish from every float you hit with a combo instead of the single fish from a stripe or a wrap alone.
Best of all is a double colourbomb combo if you can make one as this will give three fish from every float as well as clearing a lot of licorice and jelly.

The video I have posted below starts the level with 26 moves but the player completed the game in 20 moves so it is still good to show how it can be done.
