You have to collect the four ingredients in 12 moves to complete level 3360 Candy Crush Saga.
The only thing you need to concentrate on is clearing the top cake bomb, don't try to clear the blockers, you will waste precious moves and there is no need to clear them to collect the ingredients. The frog may be helpful but is not necessary either.
Work on making stripes and wraps and switch them together to hit the cakes, especially the top one on the right. The top cake is the easiest to clear and with luck it will be the only one you need to clear to collect the ingredients. I have played several times and found that about half the time all the ingredients will drop out of the exits if you only clear one cake, the rest of the time one gets left behind so you need a bit of luck.
