Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3348 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
I found level 3348 a very hard level with only 21 moves and I was only able to pass it using boosters from the spaceship.
First you'll need to clear some of the blockers so that you can get to the two stripes that are locked in the top half of the board. Don't switch the stripes together as you need them both to clear the blockers in the bottom half of the board that are preventing the lucky candies from moving around and onto the main part of the board.
Once the blockers are gone and you have the lucky candies on the move you need to make combos to clear them both from the top and bottom parts of the board. You can't make matches in the bottom half of the board because of the candy canes, so you need to use stripes and combos to get to them.
A vertical stripe will give you three yellows as it will change all three lucky candies in the one column and a stripe/wrap combo will give at least 9 yellows, so you can see that using basic combos will do the job, but this is only possible once you have some space on the board to work with.
A colourbomb alone will change some of the lucky candies, but because they are all separated by the candy canes they won't be collected so it is better to switch the colourbomb with some other special candy, especially a stripe.
The following video was made with 24 moves but completed in less so may be useful as the player doesn't use boosters.

There are no booster free videos with 21 moves at the time of writing so I am posting mine using the colourbomb and stripe/wrap boosters from the spaceship.
