Level 3286 is a jelly level with 22 moves at the moment, although this could change in the future.
You need to clear some of the licorice so that you can use combos to clear the cake bomb in the top right of the board and this will help to clear a lot of the jelly.
Another thing that is very helpful are the fishing floats along the bottom of the board, hitting them with a combos, especially a stripe/wrap combo, will give you loads of fish which will always target jelly, even if it is under other blockers. Because the fish will target jelly wherever it is they can help to clear the cake for you by hitting it where there is jelly underneath.
Once the cake is cleared you just have to mop up the last few jellies to complete the game.
