I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.

Level 3282 Candy Crush Saga is a normal jelkly level so you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level. The licorice shells will block any combos to begin with but once you begin to open them you will be half way to clearing the level. 

Use the stripes and wrtaps from the dispensers at the top of the board to open the licorice shells, remember they need hitting three times to reveal the colourbombs so play carefully and open two side by side so you can switch two colourbombs together. Switching colourbombs together will clear some of the cake sections and begin to open up the rest of the licorice shells. Use a double colourbomb combo twice and the cakes will be cleared, then wait to see how many jellies are left to clear once the cakes have done their job. You should have just 4 jelliees left in the bottom right section. Once you are at this stage make your moves in the top right section to get a strip[e/wrap combo which will clear the jellies and complete the game.

Level 3282 is a jelly level and the jelly is under every square in the bottom half of the board, so everything has to be cleared and it isn't easy. 

There are 50 moves at the time of writing but I suspect this may be reduced in the future as it seems a lot even for clearing such a hard board.

There are stripe and wrap dispensers along the top of the board so use them to your advantage to grow the popcorns along the top.

What you need to aim for at the start is to grow two popcorns into colourbombs side by side so that you can switch them together to start clearing the cakes and grow the rest of the popcorns by one stage. If you can manage to get two double colourbomb combos the cakes will all be cleared and you will only have the popcorns to worry about.

Once the cakes are out of the way keep looking for double colourbomb combos, it is still possible to get two of them together down the side as one colourbomb will drop into the empty space at the bottom of the board next to the lower popcorn, then you can grow the lower popcorn next to it and switch them together.

All this is not easy to do, but it is possible if you use the stripes and wraps from the dispensers carefully.

I completed the following video with 13 moves left but they may take away more moves so I will keep my eyes open for the updates.
As expected, the moves have been reduced drastically, now only 12 moves which seems almost impossible, but below is a video made without boosters. The strategy is double colourbombs all the way.
