I've used up all my life and decided to play Farm hero saga to claim all full lifes and 5 lollipop in 10 levels of the game and then I successfully defeated the "racoon" So that I can claim my gift. unfortunately , I don't see any changes in candy crush and the life itself is still loading as usual. I'm playing the game on my pc and I do not have the option to request lives from friends anymore. It forces me to "claim offers" by playing other games--which I did but I'm still force to play the other games. Please remove this, you can't force people to play your other games.

I'm having a problem with the facebook version of the game. On my iphone, it lets me access the messages where friends send lives and extra moves and whatnot. On facebook, I can't find this screen anywhere.
My friends send me extra moves and extra lives but I can't use them because my lives are full when i log on and i don't happen to be in the middle of a game when they send them to me so they don't benefit me. I just passed level 80 today and in order to get to the next level I have to send out tickets, which hasn't been a problem in the past at all. On candy Crush app when you are on map click lower left corner go to settings and log out. Then go to facebook app and log out. The on computer go to facebook--> candy crush and click on lower right corner where it says send to mobile or Play on mobile... That worked for me!!!

SOLUTION: Guys I think I may have discovered a solution! I've been trying to get my Candy Crush Saga to sync with Facebook for a week now (ever since I got my new smart phone) and have been at my wit's end but I think I figured it out! I've been to every forum and help link and tried everything everyone suggested but no luck - until today! I noticed that when I tried to access Candy Crush through Facebook on the internet on my smart phone, it would give me a 'Web Guard - Content Restricted' page and I got to wondering if it had something to do with the syncing issue. I went to my cell phone provider's website (on a computer) and signed in to my account and looked for the Web Guard settings. They were set on 'Young Adult' (younger than 18) so I changed them to adult (18+). It sent me an email saying my Web Guard settings had been updated. I restarted my smart phone and opened Candy Crush and tried to sync it and it worked immediately and fully and correctly! Everything is completely synced! I am so freaking happy! So if you guys have some sort of web site protection settings or app or software, try changing the settings to 'Adult' - apparently Candy Crush is categorized as adult (18+) for some reason! Hope this works for everyone!
My question is how in the world did i start all over again!. Is there any way where i can be in my previous level? Please respond..

Hi between level 130 and 140 Candy crush will not let me ask people for lives. Seems to be stuck on claim offer or play Farm Hero ...wont do watch add for a life .Is this correct ? its been like this for every turn for a week now.

I can't seem to sync my game on my PC and my tablet and smartphone anymore. My score on the pc is 369 but it shows 365 on my tablet and smart phone. This problem has gone on now for several days. I have tried everything, removing and reinstalling on the tablet and smart phone. Rebooting both devices and combinations of all of the above. Very frustrationg. I noticed on the web lots of other people having the same problem. Are you working on a solution?

When I try to load up Candy Crush on my desktop the "Mixing Ingredients" bar only reaches 17% and won't go any higher. The computer doesn't crash and I have no trouble loading other Facebook games. The Candy Crush app on my phone is working fine.
My game won't load past 17% on the "Mixing Ingredients" screen on my PC. I have no trouble loading other FB games or playing Candy Crush on my mobile phone. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Does it only show people that play the game under Suggested Friends? I have got a lot of requests from other people, but those people are not under my suggested friends and also I cannot search for people outside the suggested friends.

I had just passed level 87 or 88 and I was finally going to connect the game to Facebook. So I connect to Facebook, and I go back to the game only to find that all my game progress is totally gone. I was playing the candy crush from my samsung S4 and reached level 97 and was also playing through facebook but not same level.
I happen to sell my samsung and so I connected the candy crush with facebook and so the facebook level i was in reached 97 level.
I have bought another samsung and when i downloaded the game again it started from level 1.
What should i do to get back to my old level.

If you are playing on your phone you can turn off your data so that there is no internet connection when you get to the ticket part and you wont need people to send them to you. If your game isn't linked to facebook then you can skip that part. It takes 3 days but you can earn a ticket a day by playing a game they have chose for you. It is located in the same section as the place you buy the tickets but is only there as an option if there is no connection to facebook or data. Hope this helps someone

Every time I complete a level I struggle to move to the bext level. Friends assist me to move on, but nothing happens for a couple of days and then, suddenly, the next level unlocks. It is far more frustrating than the actual game. Any ideas why I am experiencing such issues?
I am playing on my I phone and on level 51. Each time I clear the levels and still have all 5 lives it says I must wait 24 hours to play again. WTF?????
