Hints and tips showing how to pass level 828 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 828 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect the gummi dragons to complete the level. The dragons will drop down into the middle section of the board when the licorice is cleared so clearing the licorice has to be a priority. Use stripes and stripe combos to clear the licorice. You will get some stripes dropping from the dispensers at the top of the board and you can use these stripes to clear the licorice and also the cream blockers along the bottom of the board.
The blockers at the bottom of the board are blocking the exits, so they will need to be cleared to allow the dragons to drop through and out of the exits. Look at the portals in the bottom of the board and you will see that they are not all in line with the ones in the middle section. The one on the left is connected to the one furthest left in the bottom section, the portal in the middle is connected to the portal directly below it and the one on the right goes to the furthest right one in the bottom part of the board. Look at where the dragons are and make a move below the portal that corresponds to the one they are suitting on.
You will have to collect the first dragon to get the last one to drop as you will only get two on the board at a time.
