Here is another level that is impossible to clear without using boosters. You need to get the ingredients down to the exits, which isn't too hard as they will slip down diagonally if you hit them with a stripe/wrap combo or other combo.
If it is possible to make a match in one of the top sections at the start of the game this will give you a good start on clearing the jelly in that section and also getting the cherry down.
The hard part of level 3168 is clearing the licorice in the top sections as they soon fill up with licorice which blocks your combos and stops you getting to the jellies.
Clearing the jelly in the bottom section is fairly straightforward and while you are doing that look for stripes and stripe/wrap combos to hit the top sections.
A double colourbomb combo will clear a lot of jelly and the licorice, but the licorice will come back pretty quickly so not so good.
A good combo would be a colourbomb/wrap as long as there are candies of the wrap colour in the top sections.
