There is jelly under all the popcorns in the middle of the board so they all have to be cleared before you can clear it.
Wrapped candies are best for clearing popcorns so make them at every opportunity, you can switch them with stripes if they are not close enough to hit the popcorns alone, or better still switch with a colourbomb.
This is not a hard level as long as you look for the wrapped candies and colourbombs.
There are 35 moves at the time of writing but this is likely to be reduced.
