Level 2692 is a dual task level, you have to clear all the jelly and collect the ingredient to complete the level.
The ingredient shouldn't be a problem as it will drop down as soon as the cake bombs are destroyed.
The cake bombs are the key to clearing level 2692 so you'll need to concentrate on clearing them using stripes and stripe/wrap combos which are fairly easy to make.
You do need to clear the marmalade from the candies down the middle so that the blast from the cakes will clear both layers of jelly. Then you will just be left with the remaining jellies from under the second cake.
