You have 22 moves to collect the 8 blockers in the middle plus 12 chocolate and 16 licorice.
You will need to unlock at least one of the magic mixers to get the licorice you need and this needs to be done early enough in the game so you have enough moves left to clear the licorice. Luckily you don't need huge amounts of licorice and once the mixers start to spawn they will spread the licorice quickly.
The chocolate comes from the dispenser in the middle so you need to clear the blockers to let it grow.
You should use stripes and stripe combos to unlock the mixers as soon as possible, don't waste moves as there are not many to spare.
It is always best to work in the bottom part of the board if you can, but you must check the top too as there may be chances to make the stripes and other specials you need.
Once the chocolate is growing keep your eye on how much you need and let it grow as long as you dare before clearing it.
The licorice is the hardest to collect because you can't leave it too long before clearing it as it will quickly take over the board.
