The goal of this level is to collect 60 icing and 60 striped candies within 25 moves.
You need a lot of luck on this level as you have to rely on the lucky candies and cascades to give you most of the stripes and cream you need.
Clear some of the candies below the dispensers as much as you can and hope for cascades take over.
You don’t need to clear all the icing in the bottom right corner because you get plenty of icing from the lucky candies.

However clearing the icing blockers below the dispenser in the bottom right corner gives you a chance to get many more cascades.
Watch out for the bombs in the bottom right if you do decide to clear the cream blockers there, they only give you 10 moves so take care not to ignore them too long.
Another one of those levels where you have to rely on luck a lot to have any chance.
