Hints and tips showing how to pass level 1626 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 1626 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level with the board separated into two halves. The candies will drop into the bottom half of the board once you start to clear the licorice.
Make vertical stripes or stripe/wrap combos to clear some of the licorice, then you can begin to clear the cakes. This is what you need to concentrate on. Clearing the cakes will clear most of the jelly and also grow the popcorns into colourbombs. Don't worry if the colourbombs are lost when the cakes detonate, but if you get two side by side you should switch them together to clear more cake sections.
Once the cakes are gone you should only have a few jellies left to clear.
